3. Services

Strand Socials provides creative services including (but not limited to):

• Content creation and video production

• Social media campaigns and editing

• Creative direction and brand collaborations

Each project is subject to a written proposal or contract outlining scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines.
Work will not begin until both parties have agreed to the project terms and (where applicable) a deposit has been received.

4. Payments & Deposits

For long-term partnerships or ongoing content retainers, a 30% deposit is required to confirm the project and secure production dates.

For shorter, one-off video projects, payment terms will be outlined and agreed upon in writing before work begins.

All payments must be made via bank transfer within 21 days of the invoice date.

Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in your project agreement.

5. Revisions &

Deliverables

Project fees include two rounds of reasonable revisions.

Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed brief may result in extra charges.

Final deliverables will be provided in the formats specified in your proposal.
Raw footage or working files remain the property of Strand Socials unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

6. Cancellations &

Rescheduling

If a client cancels a project after confirmation:

• The initial deposit is non-refundable.

• If cancellation occurs after work has begun, the client may be responsible for the cost of completed work to date.

If Strand Socials needs to reschedule or cancel for any reason, all efforts will be made to accommodate a new date or provide a full refund of any deposit.

7. Intellectual Property &

Usage Rights

Full usage rights for the final deliverables are transferred to the client upon final payment, for the purposes agreed upon in the project proposal.

Strand Socials retains the right to use completed work for portfolio, website, and social media promotion, unless otherwise requested in writing by the client prior to publication.

8. Confidentiality

Any sensitive or proprietary information shared by the client will be kept confidential and not disclosed to third parties without consent.

9. Liability

While all care is taken to ensure quality and timely delivery, Strand Socials is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered content.

Deadlines are agreed in good faith but may be affected by factors outside of Strand Socials’s control (e.g., client delays, force majeure events).

10. External Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites or platforms.
We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those external sites.

11. Privacy

Any personal information submitted through contact forms or email will be used solely for communication and project purposes.
We do not share or sell client data to third parties.
